Class/Camp Policies

Calendar: Classes run weekly during your enrollment term (September-December, January-April), excluding holiday breaks (Labor Day, the week of Thanksgiving Break, the weeks of Christmas Break, Spring Break, or Memorial Day). The studio will be closed for classes on these dates. Please check your registration confirmation for the specific dates of your class sessions. Although regular classes are not held during breaks, check the Camps tab for potential pop-up events! Camps are designed for kids, featuring a variety of topics and durations. Be sure to read the descriptions carefully, as some may be 1-day pop-up camps, while others are 4-day camps. Tuition: Total costs cover all supplies for classes and camps. Class tuition may be paid in full with registration or via a monthly plan, dividing the total over the 4 months. If paying monthly, the first payment is due with registration, with the remaining payments due on the first of each month. Late payments will forfeit your spot in class. Camp tuition must be paid in full with registration to secure a spot in the camp. Attendance: Please arrive on time for drop-off and pick-up, as early drop-offs and late pick-ups are not permitted. If you're running late, please contact the studio. Repeated tardiness may result in late pick-up fees or removal from the class or camp. Cancellations: Due to the structure of our classes and camps, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations or missed sessions. When you sign up, you’re committing to the full time. If your child is sick, please keep them home and ensure they are symptom and fever-free for 24 hours before returning. If your child is ill or out of town for a session, we will do our best to catch them up in the next one but will not be able to issue a refund or prorate fees for absences. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding! Participation Waiver: I, the parent or guardian, acknowledge that I am voluntarily allowing my child to participate, assume all risks, and release Blessed by Art, its employees, and instructors from any liability. I consent to emergency medical treatment if necessary. I confirm my child will follow instructions, or they may be removed from the class without a refund. I grant permission for Blessed by Art to use photos or videos of my child for promotional purposes unless I specify otherwise. I understand the tuition and cancellation policies and agree to the terms, including any late pick-up fees. I agree to indemnify Blessed by Art in case of legal claims arising from my child’s participation.
